The Debut Album Strangers Bring Me No Light Is Streaming In Full Now via For Folk’s Sake
Following its premiere on The Independent, Jinnwoo is sharing his live Ozzy Wood EP via Soundcloud ahead of its digital release on 9 September. Recorded in the dead of night in Osbaston Wood (Summer, 2015), the EP features only Ben Wood (aka Jinnwoo) on vocals and acoustic guitar, with his childhood friend Hannah Congrave on backing vocals. All recorded in one take on a Dictaphone and later mixed by award winning folk artist Ben Walker.
The Ozzy Wood EP includes live performances of three songs taken from Jinnwoo’s debut album Strangers Bring Me No Light (released today), plus the track Viva Viva (which appeared on Jinnwoo’s Soundcloud in July 2016), and two brand new previously unheard songs, Softly Spoken Man and Dressed In Black.
