MiC Lowry to Headline The 2ubeXtra Festival on Thursday Evening – Available Live Online

The 2ubeLiverpool’s First and Only Online Music Festival Release: 13 April 2016

Liverpool’s first and only independent online music festival The 2ubeXtra returns on Wednesday 13th April 2016 to showcase four bands each evening over the course of eight nights.

The 2ubeXtra is delighted to announce that MiC LOWRY will be headlining the event on Thursday 14th April.

Described as “The next big thing to come out of the UK” by BBC 1XTRA, MiC LOWRY are quickly establishing themselves as one of the most exciting young RnB groups in the world right now. Following their second release ‘Supermodels’ featuring Wiley, ‘Bad Intentions’ is their newest offering, cementing what’s becoming a signature hybrid of glossy, vibrant and leftfield RnB.

The young men from Liverpool continue to seduce an incredibly loyal fan base on the regular worldwide – in their first year as a professional outfit, their debut EP ‘The Show’ went straight in at No.1 on the UK iTunes Official RnB Chart and they won the MOBO Unsigned competition – not to mention being nominated for the BET Awards ‘Best International Newcomer’.

Selling out their first UK headline national tour in minutes, MiC LOWRY’s grassroots popularity is undeniable for such a young group; a fact apparent throughout their first summer of festival performances including at Glastonbury on the BBC Introducing stage following a personal invitation by DJ Target.
