Just this past October, Blitzen Trapper released the studio album, All Across This Land to much critical acclaim with Entertainment Weekly hailing it  “bigger, synthier, warmer,” and Uncut Magazine claiming it was “an infectious country rocker that deserves to be an enormous hit.”  Following in the album’s footsteps, the band just released a three track EP for second single “Mystery and Wonder” that also includes a live version of “Let The Cards Fall” recorded on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic and a very special cover of “I Am a Man of Constant Sorrow.’

Recorded specifically for end credit use in the critically acclaimed second season of FX’s Fargo, frontman Eric Earley notes, “Got asked to do a version of Man of Constant Sorrow like it was the theme to a 70’s cop show.  No problem, just tried to channel my inner Rockford Files…”

In celebration of the EP’s release, Blitzen Trapper is excited to share the official music video for the title track “Mystery and Wonder” which Clash called “stirring, gently anthemic but with an undercurrent of melancholy.”
